ORDER TRACKING

After you’ve placed your order successfully, we will send you an order confirmation email. This email will include your order tracking number, so keep it safe.

Please note that while we aim to process all orders as fast as we can, in order to ensure high quality, it can take up to 5-10 business days for your order to be processed and relayed to our shipping partner.

At Reset Activewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our returns policy below:

RETURNS POLICY:

You can return our products for either a refund or store credit (please see conditions below) if the garment is returned:

- In its original condition with all tags attached

- Unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed

- Within 30 days of purchase

Full Price Items:

- Eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Spend & Save Offer:

- "Full Price" products can be returned for a refund or exchange.

- "Sale" products can be returned for store credit only.

Sale/Promotional Items:

- Eligible for store credit only. Refunds are not provided for a change of mind.

Bundle 2 for Offers:

- Eligible for store credit or exchange.

Final Sale:

- No returns or exchanges accepted for a change of mind.

Exchange:

- Full price items can be exchanged.

Faulty Garments:

- In the unlikely event you receive a faulty garment, we will send you a replacement or offer a full refund.

Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. The order will be sent, and then you will need to process a return.

POSTAGE:

Do I need to pay for return postage?

Yes, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage.

HOW TO LODGE A RETURN:

Please email info@resetactivewear.com, and we will assist you with your return.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

For exchanges, we issue a store credit along with a shipping code for standard shipping once we receive your parcel. You can then use the store credit to select your exchange item.

FAULTY GARMENTS:

Our garments are made to the highest standards. However, if you encounter any issues with a faulty or damaged item, please email info@resetactivewear.com, and we will resolve it promptly.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

Refunds:

Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear into your account.

Store Credits:

Issued and emailed to you as soon as your return is processed. Please check your spam folder if it does not appear.

CAN I GET A REFUND ON A GIFT CARD?

If you made your purchase using a gift card, the credit will be refunded back to the gift card.
